Law Reform Clinic

Course aim

The aim of this course is to develop an understanding of the process of law reform. 

Course content

Students will apply their knowledge of the law gained throughout their studies to conduct research into an aspect or aspects of specific areas of law that have been identified as in need of reform. Students will work in teams to prepare a report on the current law, articulate the need for reform and identify stakeholders in the law reform process.
