Course aim

To extend and consolidate students' picture making ability using single/sequential pictures, in relation to design business practice and critical research.

Course content

Students will further develop knowledge of ways to apply research, experimentation, problem solving and solution generation methods to design problems relating to Illustration and Animation professional practice. Individual picture making, design and perspectives will be consolidated with critical understanding of the role and influence of Illustrators/Animators have on society. Design business processes and models will be adapted and applied in relation to studio projects.
