Course aim
The three phases of the honours project provide the opportunity for students to put what they've learned through prior and adjacent courses into practice on a more complex innovation challenge. Some new elements are introduced, particularly in terms of the soft skills required to effect change.
This course (Part 3 of 3) focuses principally on innovation diffusion, pitching and communication.
Course content
Develop and communicate an innovation strategy encompassing the following:
Develop a Business case.
Determine the Resource requirements to implement the innovation.
Develop an implementation strategy.
Design a performance management and adaptive development approach.
Develop a growth strategy.
Refine and finalise the proposed innovation.
Pitch the venture opportunity.
Directed study on Honours Innovation Challenge Part 3 in conjunction with industry partner and mentors.
