Students as reflexive learners will consolidate and apply their research and professional knowledge, understandings and skills to create productive, inclusive classroom environments as graduate teachers.
Students will critique curriculum documents including the Australian Curriculum. Planning, assessing and reporting school students’ learning. Pre-service teacher as a reflexive practitioner, including collaboration with professional teams, roles and responsibilities of graduate teachers, beliefs informing practice and social justice implications, teacher wellbeing, legal and ethical responsibilities of graduate teachers, partnerships with parents/caregivers, career development, early career resiliency collecting, critically analysing and presenting data on professional practice.

Students must have satisfactorily completed all compulsory Curriculum and Pedagogy courses. Additionally, students must successfully achieve both the literacy and numeracy components of LANTITE, in the semester prior to the programs' final Professional Experience course, to be eligible to enrol in EDUC 5272 and EDUC 5250.
