Essential Mathematics

Course aim

This course aims to extend students' basic arithmetic and algebra concepts and skills by developing their mathematical competencies for further studies.

Course content

Use of scientific calculators, simplifying algebraic expressions, solving algebraic equations,properties of exponents, linear functions, graphing, properties of logarithms, exponential and logarithmic functions and applications.
