Course aim

To critically analyse current global trends in learning with digital technologies.

Course content

Students will critically examine innovative practices in the use of digital technologies which will include examining the theories, research, approaches and safe practices that can enhance learning through their use. The course will explore the use of mobile technologies, gaming, and social media, and investigate current innovative approaches such as flipped classroom, personalisation, networked learners, digital footprints and differentiation..
