Course aim

To apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices to the investigation of a particular problem, and to negotiate and plan an engineering project.

Course content

There will be no formal syllabus as the students will work with their academic supervisor. The project topic will be based on the needs of industry, research interests of an engineering academic or if approved, a personal interest of the student. The project can be undertaken individually or in a group.
