Course aim

To provide students with advanced knowledge in respect to portfolio and program management as applied in professional practice.

Course content

Students will study advanced topics in the domain of portfolio and program management including: inter-relationships between portfolio, program, project, and organisational management; program management performance domains; program strategy alignment, benefits management and stakeholder engagement; program governance, program life cycle management, portfolio management and organisational strategy; the role of the portfolio manager; and the of the PMO in portfolio management.
