Course aim

To provide pharmacists with advanced knowledge and skills needed for clinical pharmacy practice

Course content

This course focuses on skills needed for clinical pharmacy practice including: principles of medical history taking and physical examination; interpretation of individual patient medical records and clinical laboratory tests; medication review and medication review techniques (including the identification of medication-related problems); skills for verbal presentation and teaching skills.
