Course aim

To deepen students' knowledge of the English curriculum across different settings and broaden their repertoire of strategies for English teaching and learning to be inclusive of all learners.

Course content

The students will extend their knowledge of theories and research that inform their implementation of the English curriculum emphasising literature, perspectives on difference, and contemporary issues in English. The students will apply their knowledge by analysing approaches to teaching and learning English in ways that demonstrate their ability to make judgments about the design and implementation of a quality classroom English program.
