To provide students with an understanding of how property theory may be applied to solve real world problems arising in property practice.
A series of alternating case studies investigating issues arising in property investment, development, management and marketing and workshops investigating issues arising from property valuation and contemporary developments in related disciplines, such as behavioural finance or psychology, which will consolidate the property theory taught in pre-requisite subjects through application to hypothetical and real world scenarios from property practice.
