Course aim

The aim of this course is to implement a research project plan and disseminate outcomes that demonstrate application of the research process.

Course content

Research development skills; literature based nursing project; synthesising research literature as data; research/practice nexus; approaches to research dissemination; construction of a poster report (including background/introduction, aim, results and discussion); managing data; data analysis; evidence-based practice.
