Course aim

Students will demonstrate the advanced extended nursing practice expected of a nurse practitioner in their specialty and context through extended, supervised immersion in the clinical role.

Course content

Content in this field-based course is determined by the student’s specialty context of practice and learning objectives. Students will develop their capability to function in the extended scope of clinical practice required of the nurse practitioner in their clinical context in consultation with their clinical support team.
