Course aim

This course aims to develop an advanced understanding of spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques as a basis for analytical processes for drugs and related compounds.

Course content

The theory and application of nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry and advanced
chromatographic methods. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of drugs and related compounds. Design and application of chromatographic techniques to specific quantitative analyses of the components of pharmaceutical preparations both in isolation and in biological systems.
