To further develop students' understanding of theoretical and empirical underpinnings of assessment and intervention strategies for applying psychological knowledge in a broad range of professional careers.
Students will further develop their knowledge of psychological assessment and therapy (including person-centred therapy, behavioural and cognitive-behavioural therapies, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, family therapies, and integrative psychotherapies) and will apply psychological knowledge to working within organisations and with people from diverse cultural groups, such as Indigenous communities and older adults.
