Tissue Structure in Health and Disease

Course aim

This course is designed to provide students with an overview of tissue structure in normal and abnormal states so as to be able to relate tissue structural changes to the clinical associations that occur in disease.

Course content

Terminology, anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of disease and highlight the relationship between morphological change in tissues and clinical manifestations using selected case studies and examples.
