Course aim

To enable students to develop further reflexive research habits and be oriented towards writing as integral to the researching process.

Course content

Exploration of specialised areas of educational research eg, educational leadership, curriculum development, policy development; examination of personal positioning as a practitioner and researcher; questions of the ethics and evidence (validity, reliability) and representation issues pertinent to the specific professional area; critical reflective writing for publication.
