Course aim

To interpret and apply work health safety laws in Australia. Understand the importance of the law to corporate social responsibilities.

Course content

Socio-legal issues; historical development, legal frameworks, interface between Work Health Safety, Workers Compensation, Equal Employment Opportunity, Industrial Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility.
