Course aim

To further develop students’ skills and knowledge required for the close editing of a wide range of texts and to prepare them for the appropriate method of publication.

Course content

Students will be introduced to basic editing tools and techniques, and principles of style and efficiency as required by professional editors. In the process, students will reinforce their working knowledge of English usage, vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and punctuation across a range of textual genres and types.
