Course aim

Promote an in-depth understanding of the principles, philosophies and techniques for the application of supply chain management in all types of industries.

Course content

Logistics functions, planning, decision strategies, key performance measurements, international issues, integration with supply chains and continuous improvement of systems and processes for operational efficiencies.
