Integrated Supply Networks

Course aim

To provide in-depth knowledge of the temporal and spatial processes that add value for customers in supply networks; philosophies and techniques for the application of supply chain strategies; and discern the digital technologies enabling integrative efforts and competitiveness as an ecosystem.

Course content

Strategic priorities and value proposition for B2B and B2C contexts; time-based opportunities and leagility; internationalisation drivers, strategies and risk management in global supply chains; evolving technology applications (including cyber-physical systems, Industrial Internet of Things) in the digital era and collaborative interconnectivity in supply chain ecosystems.
