Study Environmental and Geospatial Science at UniSA

This Bachelor of Environmental Science provides the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a number of careers in the exciting and broad area of environmental sustainability. Incorporating teaching and learning from across the environmental science discipline in subjects such as ecology, soil science, geography and social sciences, you will gain a broad base of knowledge in this exciting area. Environmental sciences graduates are well qualified to work in a wide range of industries including education, environmental conservation, environmental and natural resources and local councils, amongst others.

Geospatial science encompasses environmental mapping and spatial analysis for a range of purposes including land surveying, environmental management and modelling. This program focuses on the various elements of geospatial science including Geographical Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, mapping and land surveying. Courses in mathematics and applied physics assist with complex modelling issues and provide a base for you to pursue a career in surveying.
